Wendy Florez is the President/CEO of Automation Consulting Services. She is an enthusiastic businesswoman who stands up for being exceptional in everything she does, from business administration, operational leadership and project coordination to strategies management and effective communication. 

Wendy was born in Panamá and came to the U.S. in 2010. From that date, she has been working on her field, first, in American Automation Systems and then, in her own company, where she shares roles with his husband, Carlos Florez. 

Wendy holds a Master in Project Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Postgraduate Degree in Project Design, all of them from the Interamerican University of Panama.

Carlos Florez is the Director of Engineering of ACS. He was born in Colombia, has lived in the U.S. for over four decades, and has been an independent business professional since 1990.  Founder of several companies, he has dedicated to providing solutions in automation to different industries throughout the U.S., Central and South America by designing and manufacturing one-of-a-kind machinery and exploring existing technology to select the best suited equipment needed to meet a particular application of a client company. Currently, he is mostly dedicated to projects that involve entire Plant Layouts, Systems Implementation, or simply the automation of specific tasks in manufacturing or processing operations.

Carlos holds studies in Civil Engineering from the University of Cauca, Colombia, and a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Florida International University.
